Withdrawal requests are processed immediately after trades settle with the relevant exchange. Once settlement is complete and your account details are verified, the amount is transferred to your registered bank account in your own name only; transfers to third parties are not made.
The currency market is open around the clock from Sunday evening to Friday evening, as the Sydney, Tokyo, London and New York sessions overlap. Hours for metals, indices and energies differ from those for currency pairs. Detailed tables are on the Trading Hours page.
Global Securities Company operates under a licence from the Palestine Capital Market Authority ↗ and as a member of the Palestine Exchange ↗, is supervised by both and subject to periodic external audit, and applies anti-money-laundering policies and client data confidentiality.
That concerns the soundness of the regulatory and operational framework, not the outcome of an investment: trading itself carries risk that may lead to the total or partial loss of your capital, and no financial instrument offers a guaranteed return. Yes. Share trades carry a commission covering the shares of the company, the exchange and the Capital Market Authority. The rate differs between the local market and foreign markets, and some markets apply a minimum commission. Full details are on the Fees and Commissions page.
In currency trading the cost is the spread, with a commission on some account types, plus overnight financing on positions held to the next day.
Yes. You can change your account type or add a new account by request to client service. This may require an additional form or an update to your documents, particularly when moving between the local market and global markets, or when opening a currency trading account.
You need three documents: personal ID, proof of residence and proof of employment, together with the approved account opening form, signed.
You can complete the process by visiting our head office in Ramallah or our Nablus branch, through any branch of the Palestine Investment Bank in the governorates.
Once the documents are complete the account is activated and you receive the login details for the platform of the market you chose.
Three families of account:
- Local market account for trading shares on the Palestine Exchange ↗, available to individuals and to companies and institutions.
- Global markets account for trading regional and US markets, also available to individuals and companies.
- Forex account for currency pairs and metals through MetaTrader 5.

Transactions are made through the company’s published accounts at the Palestine Investment Bank, the Arab Bank and the Jordan Arab Investment Bank.

We close at 15:30 Sunday through Wednesday, and at 14:30 on Thursday.

Yes, you can open a demo account to try the platform before trading with real funds. To request one, contact us.
Yes. Expert Advisors and automated trading programs are permitted on the MetaTrader 5 platform.
No. Funds cannot be moved from a forex account to a shares account or the other way round; each account has its own separate channel.
No. Deposits are made by bank transfer only, to the company accounts published on the bank accounts page, and the transfer must come from an account in the name of the trading account holder.
To make transfers easier you may open an account with Palestine Investment Bank at any of its branches.
A corporate account is opened in the name of the legal entity under an authorisation approved by the competent body. Requirements usually include the registration certificate, the articles of association, the authorisation decision and the IDs of the authorised signatories, with signatures certified.

A utility bill (electricity, water or telephone) or a bank statement showing your address, dated no more than three months ago.
Three documents: personal ID, proof of residence and proof of employment — together with the approved account-opening form, completed and signed.

The company charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Only the usual bank transfer charges apply, as set by the sending or receiving bank according to its own tariff.
