Forex trading commissions
| Account | Commission | Spread |
|---|---|---|
| Commission-free account | No commission on trades | The widest of the three accounts |
| Standard account | USD 8 per full lot | Medium |
| Professional account (VIP) | USD 6 per full lot | The tightest of the three accounts |
Commission is charged per full lot, and pro-rated below that. Spreads are variable, not fixed, and widen in volatile conditions and around economic data releases.
Other charges on a forex account
- Overnight (swap) charges: applied to a position held into the next day, and may be credited to or debited from the account — values are published on the Swap rates page.
- Inactivity fee: USD 10 per month on an account that goes three months without trading.
- Withdrawal commission: charged on withdrawals from the trading account under the approved schedule.
The commissions shown above do not include taxes — taxes due are added to the commission.
Commission and breakeven calculator
The breakeven price is the selling price at which you recover your capital with neither profit nor loss: “buy side only” covers the purchase commission, while “buy and sell” covers the commission on both entry and exit. Enter a sell price to see the sell commission, the total commissions and the net profit or loss at that price. Figures are estimates for illustration; they exclude taxes and third-party charges and may differ from the actual invoice.

|---|---|---|
| Amman Stock Exchange | 0.65% of trade value | — |
| Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) | 0.55% of trade value | — |
| Qatar Stock Exchange | 0.55% of trade value | QAR 50 |

US markets
The commission depends on the share price, with a fixed minimum per trade:
| Share price | How the commission is calculated | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Under $1 | 0.4% of trade value | $25 |
| $1 to $9.99 | $0.01 per share | $25 |
| $10 and above | $0.02 per share | $25 |
Example: buying 500 shares at $20 — the commission is 500 × $0.02 = $10, and since that is below the minimum, $25 applies.
In addition, the client bears the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) fee applied to sell orders, and any other charges arising from order execution — such as algorithmic orders and orders placed before or after official trading hours — where applicable.
The commissions shown do not include taxes — taxes due in each market are added. Rates and minimums in regional and international markets may change.
